We have been educating children and young people since 2011.

Although we teach performing arts, we don’t actively consider ourselves to be a performing arts organisation. Instead we use performing arts as a tool for:

Improving Communication

Being part of a Team

Finding Self-confidence

Wellbeing

Gaining Self Belief

Discovering Self Worth

What our users say...

‘I can’t wait to see what the next 12 months brings for OCAP, you guys are a wonderful organisation and have been such a support to our whole family not just to Charlie’

‘You have been working with my son, Harvey now for 2 years. In that time I have seem an incredible improvement in his social skills and confidence. The Support we have been offered by the SEN team has been wonderful.’

‘Edie is a different girl to the one I brought to you 3 years ago! Thank you for everything you’ve done to support her and us!’

‘When Mitch first joined you in 2013 he was in main stream education which was failing him, he had been kicked out of cricket club, karate, football and a different dance school as they didn’t have the facilities to manage his complex needs. You have taken him under your wing, supported us through the minefield that is getting an EHCP plan together, helped him with his transition from main stream education to special education and without your organisation I genuinely believe we would still be struggling. Thank you!’

‘When Katie first started with you she was non verbal and we had been using a communication flip chart to understand what she wanted. You helped teach her sign language and even arranged separate classes for me, her dad and her grandparents so we could learn sign language as well. Katie is still non verbal but we can communicate effortlessly now and it’s all thanks to you.’
